Lanzarote and its attitude towards food clearly reflect the Spanish “Viva la Vida!” philosophy:  eating is not done out of necessity but eating to celebrate life and is something to enjoy with all your senses. We are happy to join in and offer you all the many culinary options that Lanzarote has.

A cool glass of one of Lanzarote’s award-winning wines, grown in lava, is definitely recommended – no matter which meal you choose: Malvasia wine seduced William Shakespeare in the 16^th century.  Treated with extensive loving care they offer surprises and dreamlike aromas of tropical fruits.
